BUSY WEEK? HERE’S YOUR 15-MINUTE AT-HOME WORKOUT!

I know we all have those busy days where it feels impossible to fit in a gym session. We’re either tired from a long day, have to go straight home to do more work, get ready for an event, or have kids to take care of! Well if you’re anything like me, the minute I get home from work…if I hit the couch, I’m spent! For those days I don’t want to or can’t hit the gym, I put my workout clothes on when I get home and get my 15-minute workout on before I get too lazy. Try this fun cardio workout when you want to stay home and don’t have a lot of time to spare!

 

Set your timer for 15 minutes….have your towel and water nearby…put on some music or your favorite show…and get ready to sweat! See how many times you can complete the circuit in the 15 minutes!

Circuit:

15 burpees

20 squat jumps

15 squats with overhead press (use hand weights if available…if not, grab some cans from the kitchen!)

20 split lunge jumps

15 abs toe touches (lay on back, feet straight up in the air, reach for toes)

*Listen to your body and take quick breaks or grab water as needed after each circuit or two.

*Remember to maintain good form the whole 15 minutes.
