Dry Humping? An Art Of The Past?
by Jenna Time

I was out at a little networking mixer this week that was 100% business until………we got off topic and started discussing dry humping.

Now, as an intimacy coach, I think that dry humping has lots of perks! When you are kissing- you are bonding and connecting. In long term relationships, making out is one of the first things to go. In my opinion, I think dry humping makes making out lots of fun! It’s lusty and hot, you’re grabbing hair and hands are spreading like wildfire all over each other’s bodies! There’s pleasure moans and the passion is on! Right?!

Well, the guys at the table disagreed! They confirmed that “blue balls” was a real issue (of course) and that it wasn’t as fun as it sounded and hurt after awhile. Awhhh!

I’m not suggesting you do the ole’ bump and grind until your poor gentials are red and chaffed but I think that dry humping has its merit in that it’s a form of foreplay that warms up a woman’s engine a bit! A lot of women I talk to complain that their lovers just roll them over and stick em’…they like a little foreplay!

What do you do for foreplay? Do you think dry humping is just for teens? If you don’t like dry humping at least try to keep up with the making out or make sure to loop in some foreplay!
