    I understand that, since my day job revolves around computers I feel you, I go to the gym for two hours before I go to sleep, I just pass out from exhaustion after. I also got so busy at work I forced my self to get off of Facebook. I have since gained an extra hour in my day (he-he). The profile is still there I have not deleted it, I just realized it was a huge time vampire, and forced myself not to check it. I also feel you about the screens, I actually enjoy reading actually pen and paper books if I can’t sleep. Tell your hubby I say hi and hope all is well.
