I’m not fat and You’re not fat



I know how much we all obsess over thinking we aren’t skinny enough, but every time I start to think “I need to lose weight”, I look in the mirror and see something that I love about my body… whether it be the curves that some “skinny winnies” don’t have… or a certain silhouette that I love.

Next time you are feeling a little overweight, just remember you have something that nobody else does… you are unique just like a snowflake or a fingerprint.  Okay, then drop and give me 30 squats… lol.  But seriously, I have gone through my really skinny phases where every piece of clothing I put on looked amazing, but what didn’t look amazing were the bones poking through my shoulders or hips, and what wasn’t great was how I got there–depression from a bad breakup.

The most important thing in life is being happy and healthy.  Just remember that.  We’re not all supermodels, but we can always dance like we are 😉
