Today is 11/11/11. We are entering the Age of Aquarius.  We have been leading up to this day for 2000 years.  As we transition out of the Age of the Piscean, we leave behind everything of the past. We can replace old thought patterns, habits and beliefs that no longer serve us, with new, more effective and efficient ones. This is a really good time to let go and start new.  Everything we have learned from our parents, grandparents, and ancestors have gone back 2000 years, and were inspired from The Piscean Age. Like we learned in History 101, we must learn the past so we don’t make the same mistakes again in the future.  Yet, there is no reason to hold on to the past.  We are allowed to let it go, while still remembering it.

The Piscean Age was ruled by machines, labels, competition, categories, hierarchies, intellect, separation, leadership and ego. The new Aquarian Age is the age of truth, intuition, awareness, connection, unity, community, integrity and cooperation. The Piscean Age was motivated by fear and scarcity while the Aquarian Age is believed to be motivated by love and abundance.

The Aquarian Age is the time for radical transformation of humanity. How exciting that we get to live at a time like this? But, in order for us to create this utopian world we must release what hasn’t worked for us in the past and create the opposite.  Let go of our old beliefs and habits and create new ones that support unity, awareness and wholeness.

I have been hearing for years that there is a great shift in consciousness on this planet. I believe that tomorrow we can in fact give ourselves full permission to make that shift.  Take all the power and knowledge we have learned from the Piscean Age and use it as tools to fully enjoy our life right now in the Aquarian Age.

In order to change the world we must first work on changing ourselves.

What can we do to fully embrace and celebrate the Age of Aquarius?

♥Start 11/11/11 as a cleansing day.  Recharge, revamp, revisit and move forward.

♥Release all old thought patterns, habits and beliefs that no longer serve us, so we have room to gain new ones that are more suited to help us fulfill our dreams.

♥Be the new standard.  Lead by example.  Set ourselves at a new level and let everyone else around us gravitate.  Smile at strangers on the street.  Nod to the driver next to us while we are waiting at a stoplight.  Say “thank you” to the barista that makes our coffee every morning and truly mean it.

♥Do yoga, meditate, be kind to ourselves, know what we stand for.  The stronger our practice is, the stronger everything in our life will be.

♥Sing. Write. Paint. Dance. Create. Act like children and play.

♥Think of others.  We are all in this together.  I have realized that I get deeper into my mediation when I am manifesting for other people I love.  It is sometimes easier to removes yourself and manifest for those around us.

♥Keep a clear head and house.  Organize our homes…let it be our sanctuary.

♥Don’t indulge in bad behavior, negative words and thoughts.  While it is important to know what is going on in the world, sometimes we just have to acknowledge it and then let it go, like a grain of salt. For every 20 min you spend watching the nightly news, balance it out with 20 minutes of reading a novel.  Our brain is like a sponge, we can rinse out the grease with some soap.

♥Release perfection…there is no such thing.  Why do you think they say yoga is a practice not a perfect? There is always room for growth and improvement. Embrace it, don’t judge it.
