Take the “DirtyandThirty” Challenge!
by Stuart Brazell
Take the “DirtyandThirty” challenge!  Try not to text, tweet or use all your fave gadgets (yes, that includes your iPad) an hour before bed.  You may think you need the them, but they only keep your brain wired and prevent you from getting your zzzzz’s.  And go old school and make a to do list – it clears your brain and helps you fall asleep faster.  Tweet us @dirtyandthirty and let us know how your sleep is improving!

I understand that, since my day job revolves around computers I feel you, I go to the gym for two hours before I go to sleep, I just pass out from exhaustion after. I also got so busy at work I forced my self to get off of Facebook. I have since gained an extra hour in my day (he-he). The profile is still there I have not deleted it, I just realized it was a huge time vampire, and forced myself not to check it. I also feel you about the screens, I actually enjoy reading actually pen and paper books if I can’t sleep. Tell your hubby I say hi and hope all is well.

    Sincerely,
    Adam Hennessey
