lets-be-happy
I am the Happiest When Project.
by Sarah Agajanian

Life is sometimes overwhelming and busy. Some days I can’t remember the week that just happened before me and I wonder….am I happy? To be honest I am not happy all the time, there are times of turmoil and blank space when I am just wandering this planet aimlessly. Today I swam laps in a pool for an hour and I realized that this act made me calm and happy. The rest of the day I was noticing the things that bring joy to my heart and I have decided to compile a list. Maybe if we compile a list of all the things that bring us joy and we place that list somewhere visible then MAYBE we will make an active choice to do the things that light up our hearts.

So I challenge myself and I challenge you to write this list and post it in your vanity or somewhere you’ll see it continuously. The “I am the happiest when” project has just begun. Here is my list below and it is posted to my bathroom mirror! Take a picture of your own and please share it with me @sarahagajanian and @dirtyandthirty.

P.S. I didn’t list sex because it is an obvious act that I hope makes every one VERY happy, and if its not maybe its time to switch it up!

Good luck to you all:)

  1. Hey Sarah, I found this great article on how the brain works and what controls both happy and everything else, its the science side of what makes all of us feel emotions and the parts involved.
