Manifestation Monday. Life is Simple & Easy.

Girl Power

A couple weeks ago I had an idea to write a DMC called Let It Be. I was at my client’s house pondering this idea when I picked a card from this stack of Louise Hay cards she had sitting around. I thought What the hey! I could heal my life today. I’ll pick a card. Any card.

The card said: Life is Simple and Easy.

‘All that I need to know at any given moment
is revealed to me.
I trust myself and I trust Life.
All is Well
I understood right then and there that I must indeed write the Let It Be post.
So I did.

I was at the same client’s house on Monday, my birthday, and I picked a card again. And you know what?

The same card.

Yes, life is simple and easy.

So am I supposed to be receiving this message?

My car broke down last Saturday, right before Good Morning America arrived and I vowed to not think about it until after my birthday.

It is now after my birthday and the hoopla has died down.

I need a new transmission or a new car.

Either kind of sucks.

Jen: Life is simple and easy!

My husband said to me yesterday as he was chauffeuring me to my class and then to teach my special needs kids’ on the other side of the city: If this is your biggest problem, you are lucky!

I get it. I do, Dear Manifesters!

But. Why. Does. It. Feel. So. Hard?

Car stuff and dental stuff freaks me out beyond belief. I have full fledged panic attacks.

Here is the oh-so-basic- reality.

It is what it is.

My car is not running like a dream. Period.

That’s it.

My reaction is making it not simple and not easy.

I am doing very well in life right now. Not just because my career is taking off, but because I am truly happy.

And you know what? It has been simple and easy once I made the choice to be happy. Once I chose for it to be simple, and easy, it was.

It is.

For today’s DMC, please write in the comment section below where you can apply this belief to your own life? Can you declare it even if it feels like you are faking it at first? You know what I tell my students: Fake it ’till you make it.

Manifest Your Life,

One Laugh at a Time.

Go on. It’s Simple and Easy.

I am a lover of life, laughter, poetry, yoga and a really good glass of wine. I created Manifestation Yoga, which is all about causing serious breakthroughs in your life without being too serious. My rule of “If you fall you must laugh and take down your neighbor” is Strictly enforced! I teach all over Los Angeles and also in Philadelphia & NJ at Dhyana Yoga. I travel the world teaching workshops and leading retreats. My nephew Blaise was recently diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Prader Wille Syndrome (PWS) which prompted me to start GAME Yoga. Gifts And Miracles Everyday: Free Yoga for Kids w/ Special Needs. It’s also a really good excuse for me to be around kids whom I generally loved more than the average adult. I am also a poet, and in the process of writing a book. I firmly believe that you can manifest whatever it is you want in your life. I am partially deaf and wear hearing aids. I spent 13 years working in the same restaurant and I believe that everyone should have a job in the service industry at least once in their life. It’s good for the soul.
