I am obsessed with striped dresses. OB-SESS-ED. Dressed up, dressed down, boho, uptown — they go any way you want them. I own this H&M version (thank you, $13), and one of my favorite looks as of late includes sheer breezy layers that deftly shield the summer sun and evening chills.
