“I Have A Dream” – Martin Luther King Jr.
by Stefanie Seifer

Martin Luther King Jr. had a dream… What’s your? We all have dreams. But what we actually do about them is what defines us as humans. In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. day why not take a couple minutes to watch his speech, thank him, and think of one of your dreams. Now take your first step of action to achieving it. Maybe tomorrow you can make your second step. Who knows where you’ll be a year from now…

What are your dreams?  What are you going to do to achieve it?

Thanks for posting – I really enjoyed this!

I’m so grateful for this man’s vision, courage and diligence. It’s quite possible that if not for his no fear attitude of realizing that dream…. I very well may not have made it to Los Angeles to pursue mine. I came here to continue and grow a career in television hosting that I’d stumbled into and front runners like Dr. King paved the way for so many.. not just people of color but anyone who shared his dream. When things get tough or discouraging here in Hollyweird, I can whine about it or I can put my big girl pants on and remember that I don’t even KNOW tough, difficult, scary or exhausting the way this man and so many others do. PRESSING FORWARD!….. IN my steletto’s, WITHOUT stepping on anyone on the way! #SouthernHospitality ;)
