Avoid The Comfort Eating
It’s easy to fall into the habit of eating large, warming meals when the chill sets in. After all, it’s cold out there! But before you help yourself to a big plate, have a think about what all those calories are going to do to your waistline. Everyone wishes that they’d been a bit stricter with their portion sizes when spring rolls around. So we’re here to warn you: don’t make the same mistake that everyone else is going to make. Hit the Gym
Even if we don’t increase our calories intake, there’s still a chance that you’ll lose some of your fitness. That’s because we naturally move less during the fall and winter. When the sun is shining, we’re up, out, and active all the time. When the snow arrives, we just want to stay curled up inside. But if we stay sedentary for too long, then it’ll be difficult to look our best. So make sure you’re hitting the gym. Everyone knows the importance of beauty sleep. But in fact, it can be hard to come by during the winter months, when the darker weather plays havoc with our sleeping rhythms. If you’re finding it difficult to get a full night’s rest, it won’t be long before you have circles under your eyes.
